About Coach
Rebecca brings a wealth of experience, resilience, and professionalism to her coaching, drawing on a background in both competitive sport and business leadership.
Having competed nationally in triathlon, long-distance running, swimming, and pentathlon from a young age, she developed the discipline, work ethic, and mindset that continue to shape her approach to coaching today. Before entering the fitness industry, Rebecca spent nine years as a Marketing Director, leading international website and brand development projects whilst maintaining her passion for health and performance.
Rebecca holds her CrossFit Level One qualification and is currently completing her Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification alongside her Level 5 Personal Training qualification, expanding her expertise across specialist areas including pre and postnatal training, menopause support, nutrition, and long-term performance.
Today, Rebecca combines this knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people become stronger, fitter, and more confident. Her coaching style is supportive, honest, and results-driven. She believes in creating a positive environment where clients feel encouraged, whilst also being held accountable to the standards and consistency needed to achieve lasting results.
Turning Point
After nine years in the corporate world, Rebecca realised her true passion wasn't sitting behind a desk - it was helping people unlock their potential through health and fitness.
Her own journey reinforced that belief. Following facial reconstruction surgery, Rebecca spent three months bed-bound and unable to train. The experience challenged her physically and mentally, but it also gave her a deeper appreciation for resilience, patience, and the power of consistent effort.
Returning to competition and proving to herself what was still possible inspired Rebecca to pursue coaching full-time, helping others overcome setbacks and achieve things they never thought possible.
Motivation & Passion
What Rebecca enjoys most is showing people what they are truly capable of. Through honest coaching, clear direction, and unwavering accountability, she helps clients build strength, confidence, and resilience that extends far beyond the gym floor.
She has a particular passion for empowering women to become stronger through every stage of life, whilst also working with competitive athletes who thrive on challenge, performance, and the pursuit of continual improvement.
