About Coach

Kelly, better known to most members as Kelz, has been a Level 3 Personal Trainer for over 15 years. Her journey in the fitness industry began with group exercise classes before progressing into personal training and coaching on the gym floor.

Throughout her career, Kelly has coached a wide variety of classes and helped countless people build confidence in fitness. At Spartan Chamber, you'll find her leading the popular Sweat & Core class on Friday mornings, where her energy, encouragement and supportive coaching style help members push themselves while enjoying the process.

Known for her friendly personality and approachable nature, Kelly loves creating an environment where everyone feels welcome. Whether you're completely new to training or looking to take your fitness to the next level, she's always happy to offer support, advice and a friendly chat.

Turning Point

A significant turning point in Kelly's coaching career came when she began experiencing perimenopause herself. Wanting to better understand the challenges women face during this stage of life, she qualified as a Menopause Coach and shifted her focus towards supporting women through this important transition.

Since then, she has dedicated much of her coaching to helping women over 35 stay active, build strength and develop confidence in the gym. She also launched her Meno-Fit class, which has grown into a thriving and supportive community where women can train, connect and thrive together.

Motivation & Passion

Kelly is passionate about helping women discover what they're truly capable of. Nothing motivates her more than seeing someone take their first steps into fitness, overcome self-doubt and grow in confidence over time.

Her coaching philosophy is built around strength, support and long-term progress. She believes fitness should empower people, not intimidate them, and encourages members to focus on their own journey rather than comparing themselves to others.

For Kelly, the most rewarding part of coaching is witnessing the positive changes that happen both inside and outside the gym. Helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident versions of themselves is what drives her every day.
